Thank you for your purchase/radio hire. We hope you are happy with your purchase/hire but if you would like to make a return, please refer to the information below regarding returns and refunds for both radio purchases and radio hire.

FOR RADIO PURCHASES

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please complete the form below, or email customer service at sales@brentwoodradios.co.uk to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges with be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

FOR RADIO HIRE

Returns Process – return date provided
For short term hire, you will have been given a return date. Please ensure that everything is boxed up and secure for collection on the return date provided. If the radios are not ready and further collections have to be booked, additional collection charges will be incurred.

Return Process – before the given return date
To return an item before the agrees return date, please complete the form below to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of hire, then mail your return to the following address:
