The TE590Plus is a high spec smart LTE handheld device built on push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) technology. With an ultra-modern look and cutting-edge components and features, the TE590Plus delivers exceptional comms performance with a perfect balance of simplicity and reliability.

The award-winning design is built around a 3.5” capacitive touchscreen, providing users with the same intuitive and familiar UX of a smartphone. But unlike a smartphone, the TE590Plus is built to withstand the rigours of tough workplace environments. The touchscreen is made of toughened Gorilla Glass, and the whole unit complies with strict MIL-810G military standards for impact and shock resistance.

On top of that, the TE590Plus carries an IP68 rating for waterproofing and dust resistance, which means it is fully submersible and poses no risk of particle ingress even in the dustiest environments.

Along with the touchscreen, the TE590Plus features simple navigation keys, volume control, a channel select switch and a prominent push-to-talk (PTT) button. In layout and function, it borrows directly from two-way radio, offering simple one-touch talk options for professionals on the move. Weighing just 260g, it is easy to carry around and can be operated comfortably in one hand.

But unlike two-way radio, the TE590Plus doesn’t have any geographical limits on call distance. Connecting to 3G and 4G LTE mobile networks via a Lugra SIM, you can use the TE590Plus to talk to colleagues from anywhere, over any distance. It also supports WiFi as an alternative IP connection.

While voice over LTE (VoLTE) technology has come on leaps and bounds in recent years to improve audio quality, the TE590Plus doesn’t take any chances. Ultrapure voice technology combined with dual microphone noise suppression provides outstanding voice reproduction, ensuring mission critical messages get through every time even in noisy environments.

Reliable in all respects, a removable high capacity 4000mAh Li-Ion battery delivers extended operation time and rapid charging via a standard Type C USB. And speaking of quick, the TE590Plus is fitted with a new-generation octacore processor, which allows the device to handle multiple data-intensive tasks alongside voice transmission without any detriment to quality or performance.

One example of where this comes in handy is sending images or streaming video. With a 13MP rear PDAF camera with flash and front 2MP FF camera, the TE590Plus can handle HD voice calls and instant image transfers.

Finally, with support for five satellite location tracking protocols, the TE590Plus provides enhanced navigation capabilities with high precision positional fixing.
