Motorola TLKR T92 H²O – Twin

As the name suggests, the Motorola T92 H²O two way radio is designed for use around water. With its textured case and bright yellow colour, it’s easy to handle in the rain, and can be located quickly in the dark, making it ideal for camping, orienteering and boat trips. The short aerial and belt clip make this radio very easy to carry, and it has an emergency alert button to quickly send a distress signal to others.

This license free leisure radio is IP67 rated. This means it can withstand being submerged in water up to 1 metre deep for 30 minutes. The unit is also designed to float, so if it’s dropped in a canal or lake, it’s easy to retrieve. The LED light on the base of the Motorola T92 H2O can be switched on manually, but it will also automatically activate when it comes into contact with water. The LED shines both white light for navigation, and red light when you need a more discreet beam.

The Motorola T92 H²0 comes in a twin pack, and the box contains everything you need to get started. You’ll receive an official Motorola padded case for your two way radios, which has separate pockets for the accessories you’ll need. Your radios and rechargeable batteries fit snugly into the main pocket, and each radio has its own belt clip with a built in whistle. Just clip it on, and you’ll be able to raise the alarm in an emergency. Motorola has also supplied charging cables with micro USB connectors for superb flexibility, and you can even charger them in your car with the supplied USB car charger.
