We offer next working day delivery to Mainland UK for orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday up until 4pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
This excludes Bank Holidays. Special Orders and larger items may take 2-3 working days to arrive, depending on the courier and your location. If your order includes a Special Order item, all items will be shipped together once the Special Order item is ready for dispatch.

Are you not going to be in?
If you need your delivery on a specific weekday, just let us know when placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We can also leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place at your address, though this is at your own risk. Simply provide your instructions at checkout.

Please make sure to give us a mobile phone number when ordering. This helps us contact you if there are any issues with finding your address or if no one is available to accept the delivery.
Checking your delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately to ensure everything is in good condition. If you find any damage, contact us within one hour of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. If your parcel was left in a safe place, any damage must be reported the same day. We cannot take responsibility for damage reported more than one day after delivery. To report damage, please email us at sales@brentwoodradios.co.uk with your order number.
