Taking Brentwood’s advice, Virgin replaced their existing radios with Motorola DP3400, handheld, digital radios on a trial basis. Brentwood provided free training on site for all users. It soon became apparent that these two way radios made a huge impact on the staff.

After the radio trial, Virgin opted to hire the Motorola DP3400s. By hiring, they automatically received a free maintenance contract. That means Brentwood would replace any faulty two way, digital radio or battery at no cost to Virgin.
