Business Development Manager

Role Purpose: To pursue and generate revenue growth whilst ensuring an Outstanding Customer Experience. Securing new business through appropriate networking and referral channels and increase diversified revenue through active promotion and awareness of Brentwood products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for provision of Outstanding Customer Experience and achievement of Sales targets with a defined panel of Key Account Customers and New Growth prospects
  • Ensure Brentwood Communications is the nominated partner of choice aligning to our Customers’ strategic priorities, maximizing upcoming projects to drive revenue growth
  • Responsible for oversight and main point of contact for all Key Account tenders, related processes and meeting deadlines
  • Self generate appropriate new business targets across multiple industries
  • Conduct regular Senior/C-level Face to Face business meetings together with focused pro-active telephone calls to both existing and new growth target customers
  • To actively network promoting the Brentwood Group brand with all Customers, Networks and associated stakeholders
  • Grow product per Customer and diversify business mix
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues ensuring Customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded

Quality of Delivery

  • Successful achievement of all activity and quality KPIs
  • Customer retention %, conversion %, diversified product mix % and £revenue achieved
  • Achievement of Customer feedback targets
  • Effective use of CRM as a territory management and planning tool

Customer

  • Put customers and people at the heart of all activity ensuring the delivery of the Brentwood Group Customer Experience commitment
  • Represent the company by maintaining high personal standards regarding appearance, behaviors, attitude and integrity in line with the delivery of Outstanding service

Health and Safety

  • Maintain responsibility for own Health and Safety at all times, adhering to all company policies
  • Report all accidents, injuries and near misses to the office immediately

Corporate Responsibility

  • Engage with business wide initiatives that support charity, community, and socially responsible business activity.

You will receive:

  • Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
  • Comission
  • Car Allowance
  • Flexible Working (offered after Probationary Period)
